Laser Cutting Service

Laser cutting machine has been in industry since 1965. The first Laser cutting use for drilling holes in diamond dies. Industrial laser cutters are used to cut metal mostly stainless steel, steel and aluminum flat sheet.

We are now launching new laser cutting machine which made from Belgium, LVD Brand to serve our customer. LVD Laser cutting machine will be able to cut steel thickness up to 20 millimeters, stainless steel thickness up to 15 millimeters and aluminum thickness up to 10 millimeters.
The machine is also capable to take up maximum sheet size 1500x3000 mm.

Waterjet Cutting Service

Recently, water jet cutting machine was used for many cutting industries. It is most commonly use for cutting aluminum, copper, brass, glass, plastic, rubber, titanium and more. The water jet streams generated are able to cut material thickness ranging from 0.001” up to 12”. Water jet can cut any 2-D shape, sometime handle 3D material cutting such as a logo, alphabet, number and animal picture as your requested.

Normally, water jet cutter use pressurized water to cut material however, to increase cutting ability, abrasive are added. Most common abrasive use is garnets, sapphire, ruby or diamond. Abrasive water jet offers many advantages as follow:

- No heat affected zone on the edge
- Burr-free
- No distortion and warping
- Material thickness of 0.002” to 8” can be cut
- Flexibility

We are now launching abrasive water jet cutting machine, which will be able to serve our customer for more required, and alternatives .
